Houses of worship, Kansas City metro

Cameras & access control built for congregations.

Churches, temples, and synagogues across Kansas City trust Atlas with their campuses: visitor screening at the door, cameras on the parking lot and perimeter, lockdown-ready access control, and PIN entry for the school wing. One platform your team owns, with no monthly subscriptions.

What we install

Everything a campus needs, on one platform.

Cameras that cover the whole campus

Worship spaces, lobbies, hallways, parking lots, and the perimeter, including PTZ cameras that read license plates in the dark. Footage stays on your own system, viewable by your staff from anywhere.

Intercom visitor screening

See and talk to whoever is at the door before it unlocks. Staff can answer from the office or their phone, and every visitor interaction is recorded.

Lockdown-ready door control

Every access-controlled door can be locked at once by the people you authorize, from a phone or a panic-style trigger. Doors unlock on schedule for services and lock themselves after.

PIN access for the school wing

Preschool and day-school parents get in with a PIN code, no cards to hand out and no app to install. Codes can change per family, per season, or the moment one needs to be shut off.

Real project

35 cameras. 10 doors. One weekend.

UniFi cameras, door hubs, readers, and switches staged for a place-of-worship installation

A 60,000 sq ft place of worship with a school on campus

A Kansas City-area congregation replaced its aging access-control and camera systems with a single UniFi platform: 35 G6 cameras including PTZ coverage for parking, 10 access-controlled doors, intercom visitor screening at the public entrances, PIN entry so school parents get in without a card or app, and lockdown-capable door control, all managed from one dashboard.

They needed eyes on the property fast. We worked through the weekend and had all 35 cameras up and recording in 48 hours, ready for Monday morning. The door retrofit followed over the next few days.

Why congregations pick Atlas

Stewardship-friendly by design.

No monthly subscriptions

You own the hardware and the footage. No per-camera cloud fees, no license renewals, no bill that grows every year. That matters when a board answers to a congregation.

Grant-friendly pricing

Working from a nonprofit security grant? Hardware is provided at cost with no markup, so the grant buys coverage instead of margins. We can help scope the equipment list for your application.

Run by operators, not salesmen

Atlas is run by people who manage buildings for a living. We install what we would put on our own properties, and we still answer the phone after the install.

Alerts go to your people

Motion, door, and sensor alerts notify the admins your congregation chooses, on their phones, in seconds. Your team stays in control of the response.

Let's walk your campus.

Tell us what keeps your board and security committee up at night: the unlocked side door, the parking lot you can't see, the school wing, the aging camera system. We'll walk the building with you and show you exactly what it takes to fix it. Free walkthrough, no pressure, no sales pitch.

Working from a security grant? We provide hardware at cost with no markup and no monthly subscriptions, so your grant buys coverage, not fees. We size the package to your campus and budget.
