Video footage and access records generated by systems we install are stored on hardware you own, on your premises, under your control. We do not host, sell, or mine your footage. If you engage us for managed support, we access your system only as needed to provide that service, with your authorization.

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, our client-portal and authentication provider, and our email provider, and only as needed to provide their service.
