These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of atlasvisionsystems.com and the Atlas Vision Systems client portal (together, the “Site”), operated by Atlas Vision Systems, LLC (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Client portal accounts
- Portal accounts are provided to clients we work with. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to access only your own account and documents, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Documents and information in the portal are provided for your use and may be confidential. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security reasons.
Quotes, proposals, and pricing
Information on the Site, including any prices, packages, or estimates, is for general information and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A project is only agreed once both parties sign a written proposal or contract. Hardware and third-party pricing (for example, UniFi) can change, and quotes are re-confirmed before purchase.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, logos, and marks are owned by Atlas Vision Systems, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party product names and marks (such as UniFi and Ubiquiti) belong to their respective owners.
Nature of security systems
Security and monitoring systems are designed to reduce risk and support deterrence, recording, and access management. They are not a substitute for on-site security personnel or emergency services, and no system can guarantee the prevention of any incident. Technology can experience downtime or failure. Our monitoring, updates, and support are designed to minimize this, but no system is failproof.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Vision Systems, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any rights you have under a signed services agreement, which governs the services we provide.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
